Because building that relationship is so important, at your initial contact with us you’ll be assigned a Nationally Speaking team-member who will be your planning partner.  Then, when you are planning your next event, you’ll be working with someone who is knowledgeable about your organization. Meeting professionals who work with Nationally Speaking receive personal one on one attention with a staff member who has time to spend focusing on your individual event needs and goals.

Once you’ve connected with your planning partner on the Nationally Speaking team, you will be asked a series of questions to ensure we fully understand what type of speaker and what kind of outcome you’re looking for. We know that not every speaker is a fit for every group. We have speakers who work best with front line audiences. We have speakers who work best with top managers and CEO’s. Conducting this interview assures that we will find the best options for you to choose from.

After we review your information and decide your best options, we will contact you and tell you our recommendations.  We will give you background on each speaker we recommend and you can review their pages on our website if you’d like. If at that point you would like additional options, we will go back to our information and find others that would be a good fit for you as well.  When you agree upon our recommendations, we will then send you information (packets/videos/etc) on those speakers.

At that point, you are welcome to contact the speakers directly if you’d like. Instead you may choose to have us stay involved through the event details and the contract.  Whatever is best for you, that is what we will do.  We’re flexible and want to make this process as easy as possible for you so that you have extra time to attend to other details of the event.
