Gen Denson spent over forty years in leadership positions.  He has lead everything from his own aircraft crew in combat, at age twenty, to commanding over 7700 Soldiers.   He has trained and deployed these Soldiers and their units all over the world.  His leadership experiences are based on real world events and situations, not theory from a book.  He is a highly decorated combat pilot having been awarded the Distinguished Service Medal, the Silver Star, the Distinguished Flying Cross, the Bronze Star, Purple Heart, 35 Air Medals and many additional awards and decorations.  He has flown over 10,000 Hours, 1277 of them in combat.
