Stronger Than Your Strengths

Most leadership programs tell you to lean into your strengths—but what if that’s not enough? What if the true key to sustainable, high-impact leadership is becoming stronger than your strengths?

In this transformational keynote, you’ll learn why the best leaders—like elite athletes and world-class performers—don’t stop at what they’re naturally good at. Instead, they confront their blind spots, reduce their leadership "drag," and turn weaknesses into non-weaknessesthat no longer limit their influence. Because the greatest improvements don’t come from brute force. They come from removing what's slowing you down.

In this session, you’ll discover how to:

1. Leverage your strengths while expanding your leadership range
2. Identify and refine the flaws that quietly hold you back
3. Overcome rigid thinking and develop flexible authenticity
4. Build resilience by embracing discomfort and growth

True leadership excellence isn’t just about your strengths—it’s about what you’re willing to improve.
Are you ready to reduce your drag, refine your flaws, and become stronger than your strengths?

Most organizations struggle with communication. It is often listed as the number one problem executives have in leading their businesses. They struggle will silos, lack of clarity, disengagement, incomplete information, bottlenecks and more. These break downs cost organization millions of lost revenues each year. Managers are unable to get buy-in for change initiative, so they are delayed. Customer feedback does not get to the people who can take action. Vision, mission, values and goals or poorly communicated often-leaving team members in the dark with little direction and motivation. New employees are quickly indoctrinated to the corporate communication practices and become disengaged.

By far one of the best trainings for self-development that I have attended in my career. The ProScan assessment was spot on, definitely something I can refer to in the future. Our team is eagerly awaiting for Spencer to return with more training opportunities! - Ashley Wilson, Missouri Healthnet

Spencer Horn's talks during our summit captured our audience in so many different ways. Not only was his content relatable and meaningful, our audience survey results (149 surveys, 99% participation) shared as much. Of the six speakers we had during the day, his two plenary sessions where the highest ranked in terms overall satisfaction, energy levels and applied learning. We are already in discussions on inviting him to future speaking events and highly recommend his participation at your next engagement. - Richard Lefevre PMI South Dakota

Spencer facilitated a workshop for our company leadership conference which focused on communicating with impact. Our leadership team loved his enthusiasm, energy and knowledge; but more impressive was the fact that he read and then engaged our team in such a way, that we all walked away saying ""that was awesome - we want more!"" We continue to engage Spencer in our leadership development and look forward to the continued impact on our teams. Spencer's professionalism and insight was also highly impressive. I would recommend him with no reservation for any effort involving his vast skill set. Thank you, Spencer! - Kristen Newton, Sunshine Retirement Living
