Deeper Conversations: Getting Results, Working Together, and Sticking Around
Retention, engagement, and performance all come down to leadership conversations. Too often, leaders focus on telling people what to do instead of having the deeper conversations that drive results. When communication stays surface-level, teams become disengaged, productivity suffers, and turnover increases.
Leaders play a critical role in bridging this gap— build trust, foster connection, and create a workplace where employees want to stay and thrive. In this keynote, Trevor will share how deeper conversations transform teams, improve collaboration, and drive long-term success.
If you’re ready to help leaders communicate more effectively, boost team performance, and build a culture where employees stick around, this session is for you. Let’s change the conversation and drive real results.
The audience will leave with:
- Why telling people what to do doesn’t work—and what does
- How deeper conversations create trust, accountability, and engagement
