Lambers Fisher, MS, LMFT, MDiv, is a licensed marriage and family therapist, clinical supervisor, adjunct instructor, award-winning author, and national speaker on the topic of multicultural awareness and diversity. For 20 years, Lambers has counseled individuals, couples, and families from a variety of cultural backgrounds, in private practice, non-profit, as well as ministry environments. Lambers utilizes his marriage and family therapist experience to bring a positive, shame-free, empowering, and relationship-focused approach to equip helping professionals in various fields to increase their cultural self-awareness, reduce the frequency of unintentional cultural offenses, as well as repair relationships damaged by cultural offenses. Michelle Young
As an educator, television personality, speaker, and activist, Michelle Young inspires many. Her persona exudes charisma and positivity, and her message is strong and passionate.
After receiving her bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Bradley University in 2015, Michelle began her career. As a 5th-grade teacher, she delivered engaging educational content and also spread her message of self-love and acceptance to the young minds she was molding.
Prior to teaching, Michelle’s success was measured in the classroom and on the court. She showed her prowess in balancing the demands of her studies while making a name for herself as a Division I basketball player.

Tim Eggebraaten
Tim Eggebraaten has been a police officer since 1992 and had many different roles during his career with the Detroit Lakes, MN Police Department – DARE Instructor, Patrol Sergeant, Investigative Sergeant, K-9 Handler, and Chief of Police from 2011 to 2016. Tim retired from the DLPD in November 2016 after 24 ½ years in law enforcement and 3 years as a correctional officer. Tim and his wife, Denise, make their home in Detroit Lakes. Tim began talking about his own career path and leadership journey in 2016 and found that talking with others about personal and emotional topics greatly helped his own healing process and learned that others could benefit from knowing that they are not alone in their own journey. Tim will talk (and sing) with your organization about keeping the harmony in our lives and finding that balance to succeed in all aspects of our lives. Ryan Campbell
From a world record-breaking pilot to a paraplegic plane crash survivor, Ryan Campbell uses real-life stories and actionable takeaways to help build resilient, unstoppable teams. David Harris
David Harris is a nationally touring, Midwest Emmy Award Winning comedian, magician, actor, and host. Starting at the ripe age of 15, Harris has entertained North American audiences for over 25 years with over thousands of live performances to date. Harris regularly appears at clubs, colleges, corporate events, theaters, alternative rooms, and other top venues across the U.S. and Canada.
